[求助] IEEE论文接收后final submission求助，希望好心朋友帮忙，很急

中的是IEEE remote sensing letter。最后要提交的要求如下：
* A FULLY COMPLETED Microsoft Word version of the Author Acknowledgment form, which is attached to a copy of this letter and can also be found by clicking on the "Instructions and Forms" link on the ScholarOne Manuscripts homepage. This can be designated as a supplemental file during the upload process. This form must be uploaded with the other final files. Please do not submit this form via fax or post, as it will not be processed if you do.
* A cover sheet with email and phone contact information for the corresponding author.
* A pdf version of the final manuscript.
* A Tex, Latex, or Microsoft Word application file that exactly matches the pdf file.
* A digital source file of the artwork in Word, Tiff, Postscript, EPS, Excel or Powerpoint.

*Please make sure that all final files have unique file names in order for them to export successfully to IEEE*

我的问题是：
1. Author Acknowledgment form 是要打印出来手签扫描后提交，还是直接电脑上打字填写然后提交？感觉前者正规，但扫描的话是PDF 不是“Microsoft Word version”。
2. cover sheet 包含通信作者邮箱和电话，这不是在正文开头已经加了吗？是不是一个单独的文件？
3. 这个问题很关键。我这个期刊是letter，要求不能超过5页，相当于15页单栏双倍行距。我的论文经过压缩已经是15页而且不包括author bio。请问author bio是否必须要，要的话就是16页了，不知道会不会接收了反而因为这个被退。
4. final submission提交的manuscript的格式依然是单栏双倍行距吗？还是要用IEEE的模板：https://www.ieee.org/publication ... hor_templates.html.
