如题，编辑回复如下： Thank you for considering Nanoscale Research Letters. Peer review of your manuscript is now complete and, in the light of the reports, and my own assessment as Editor, I regret to inform you that your manuscript cannot be accepted for publication in Nanoscale Research Letters. Please find the reviewers' reports at the end of this email. Please also take a moment to check our website at https://narl.edmgr.com/ for any additional comments that were saved as attachments. If at some stage you are able to fully address these concerns, you may wish to submit to Nanoscale Research Letters with the revised manuscript. If you are able to do this a full cover letter, explaining the revisions made, should accompany the submission.
