ACS的期刊投稿，这个是啥意思？ 已有1人参与

ACS journals offer an Electronic Journal Publishing Agreement, which can be completed inside the ACS Paragon Plus Environment by the Author handling the peer review. The Agreement will be available on the My Authoring Activity tab of the Author's Home page once the manuscript has been assigned to an Editor. This is the preferred submission method. ACS also provides a PDF Journal Publishing Agreement that can be printed and completed, and then uploaded to ACS Paragon Plus during manuscript submission or faxed to the Assigned Editor after submission. Please note that all pages of the signed PDF Agreement, including the Addendum, must be submitted. 这个是让我干嘛？？？？？？？ |

ACS的刊物提供电子版的协议，在ACS 内部的 Paragon Plus Environment中，当作者提交了Peer review 之后可以完成？ 当文章被编辑签收之后，协议可以在 My Authoring Activity tab of the Author's Home page 处获得。 所以意思是先提交正文，然后等到编辑签收之后再提交版权转让协议的意思吗？ |
