[求助] NCBI提交序列中type of molecule 是什么意思？ 已有1人参与

ncbi提交序列后收到一封邮件，部分内容如下：
[1] Provide a clone/isolate/strain/specimen voucher or other unique identifier
for your record, using accepted biorepository acronyms where possible.   

[2] Provide additional details describing the environmental conditions and  
geographic location where this sequence or organism was isolated.

[3] Please clarify what type of molecule you isolated and sequenced。
