请问被认定为了no show该怎么办？ 已有1人参与

投了IEEE通信学会某还不错的一个会议，然后开会的时候让一个非作者的人去代讲，然后签的是这个人的名字，也就是说并不是作者之一去讲座而且组委会知道了。然后被发邮件认定为No show，不能进入IEEE检索。 请问大家有没有遇到这种情况的？求问建议。 有点着急，非常感谢反馈。 |

No show 规定： Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE [name of event] Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore® as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. 从规定看出，可以找人代替，但是问题是需要TPC主席事先确认。你缺少这个沟通。赶紧弥补一下，看看主席是否好说话。  |
