[求助] 关于导师回信的解读

“- please look at the individual funders like Edinburgh University and China Council and find out what exactly they are covering. In particular, if any is contributing towards the research costs in addition to the stipend and fees.

- as I mentioned, I would need a collaboration with a company to run this project. They will potentially contribute towards research costs. That means signing an agreement, which is between you, the student, and the company. It will stipulate who owns the Intellectual property right etc ... This is not a problem when it is a simple studentship, but when multiple sponsors are involved, maybe this needs to be looked at. At the same, time we do not want to draw too much to this. So I will leave it to you how you handle this. ”

我的理解是，导师需要我确认“CSC一方和爱丁堡大学一方对我在博士期间所做出的成果是否有所有权”。。不知我的理解对不对，还请各位虫友给出指点啊。

如果我理解正确，那么请问CSC对我在国外所做成果，比如文章或专利，是否有所有权？学校一方又是怎么样的呢？

希望得到权威回答，谢谢啊！！
