求助一个关于蛋白质和油脂的问题

题目如下: Proteins and lipids often occur together in cell extracts obtained from the cell cytosol. Design a simple procedure (not more than 3 steps) which you would carry out in order to prepare two laboratory samples A and B, each containing protein and lipid as the major constituent respectively, without the use of advanced separation techniques such as HPLC and CE. Briefly explain the principles involved in your described procedure. |
