[交流] Journal of Communications 修改重投怎么回复邮件已有1人参与

各位虫友，小弟小硕一枚第一次投刊，请问我该怎么回复这个邮件呢，还有就是需要另写新邮件好还是直接回复这个邮件好，多谢赐教。

Thank you for your submission to JCM, Journal of Communications. Please follow the instructions below and make appropriate response via email. Only when you respond to all these instructions, your paper can then be accepted for review.

> Authors are requested to declare the following via email:
1. The submitted paper has not been copyrighted, published or accepted for publication elsewhere, that it is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere, and that it will not be submitted elsewhere while under consideration. The same research in different languages.
2. The submitted paper contains no proprietary material unprotected by patent or patent application. The main author is responsible for ensuring that the article has been seen and approved by all the other authors. (The responsibility for technical content and for protection of proprietary material rests solely with the author(s) and their organizations and is not the responsibility of the Engineering and Technology Publishing or its Editorial Staff.)
3. The submitted paper contains no plagiarism/copying and fraudulent data. (If the plagiarism or fraudulence is confirmed, JCM will contact the author’s institute and funding agencies).
> Agree with the policy of publication fee: JCM is journal that the author's company or institution will be requested to pay a flat publication fee, detail information is available at https://www.jocm.us/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=lists&catid=13.

> For speeding up the review process, authors are expected to recommend 3~5 capable peer reviewers (not with the same institution of authors, DO NOT contact them in advance) with their contact information: professional title, affiliation, email, as well as the web link if possible.

> Follow the requirements below with appropriate action to prepare your resubmission.格式要求
Please understand that since we have limited time to deal with one submission, your resubmission will be rejected without any reason if you cannot follow the instructions above and submit a well-prepared paper for review.
