投稿 The electrochemical society journals,编辑回复：In its present form, your manuscript, referenced below, is not acceptable for publication in Corrosion Science and Technology (ES&T) section in the Journal of the Electrochemical Society. However, the reviewers have suggested revisions, which may render the work suitable for publication.
其中第一个审稿人意见很具体，第二个审稿人的意见However, the study has been carried out only at laboratory scale. It would be interesting to compare it with the transformations that take place in natural rust layers.

- English and composition of the paper should be improved notably, including legends of figures and figures.
