scientific reports 投稿伦理审查表 已有1人参与

投scientific reports杂志的时候，技术审查没有通过，说是涉及了human expriment，是要把伦理审查表一起提交吗，还要交知情同意书吗。我看杂志的要求是这样的： Use of experimental animals and human subjects For articles in Scientific Reports reporting experiments on live vertebrates and/or higher invertebrates, the corresponding author must confirm that all experiments were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The manuscript must include a statement identifying the institutional and/or licensing committee approving the experiments, including any relevant details, in the methods section. For experiments involving human subjects, authors must identify the committee approving the experiments, and include with their submission a statement confirming that informed consent was obtained from all subjects. For clinical manuscripts that include identifying information relating to participants (including patients’ details, images, or videos), written informed consent for their publication must be obtained from the participants or their parent or legal guardian. This documentation must be provided at the time of submission. |
