文章没有送审，主编直接revise，状态也是revise 已有2人参与

| 刚投了一篇文章，文章没有送审，主编直接让revise，状态也是revise，并且给了一个期限，这是什么情况？我修改后的文章标出来后，还需要再写一个reponse letter把修改的部分列出来吗？ |

The above paper may possibly be of some technical interest. Nevertheless for its submission to the review process English of the whole paper will require revision efforts.
