| 请问ICH中关于分析方法验证中，有关于Selectivity 和 Specificity术语的解释吗？我找到的只有Specificity的定义，审稿人要我参考ICH检查这两个术语的用法，怎么解释？哪位了解拜托回答一下，万分感谢呐！急急急 |

distinctions between these terms: Specificity: A procedure to measure quantitatively a physicochemical parameter or functional group of one or more analytes in the sample matrix. Selectivity: A procedure to detect qualitatively the analyte in the presence of components that may be expected to be present in the sample matrix. Put another way, specificity is the ability of a non-separative method to distinguish between different compounds (e.g. in a titrimetric method this might be based upon the presence or absence of titratable functional groups or in a UV method the differences in the UV spectra of the various compounds in a mixture) and selectivity is the ability of a separative method to resolve different compounds. 选择性（selectivity）是指在样品介质中有其他组分共存时该分析方法对供试物质准确而专属的测定能力。 专属性（specificity）是指一种方法仅对一种分析成分产生唯一信号。 选择性则可对多种化学成分产生不同响应，而主要成分的响应可与其它响应区分。 所以选择性是指该法用于复杂样品分析时相互干扰程度的量度。 以上是从别处引用过来的，希望有所帮助。 |
