比较有希望的是氟甲烷体系,而且到目前为止,在10-13的能级之间测量对应异构体的互变频率时,最精确的实验就是在氟甲烷体系中完成的。
在全分辨谱上观察到的单一超精细跃迁谱宽是1khz,而在最佳实验条件下的标准偏差是62hz。
