审稿意见： Regarding the description of “The root-mean-square (Rms) value of the film with patterning process was 1.32 nm, while the one without the patterning process was 1.39 nm.” in page 10, the usage of a terminology of “RMS roughness” in text should be considered for the better description. 这个有更好的描述么？谢谢！ |
