| 求大神帮忙翻译一下啊： The Geigy Company in Switzerland tackled this by formulating basic amidopyrine as a soluble complex with an acidic analogue of it in a formulation marketed as Irgapyrine. When it was found that blood levels of the acidic analogue were much higher than those of the amidopyrine, this analogue was marketed in 1952 as phenylbutazone. As an analogue of amidopyrine, it still caused granulocytopenia as well as another serious blood condition known as aplastic anaemia. |
