论文 小悲剧，reviewer说poor conclusion 怎么改？ 已有1人参与

两个reviewer， 其中一个的意见是poor conclusion .........大家如何make a good conclusion。。。。。。。。。拖了八个月来终于有了初审意见。。。。。。。。。 另一个reviewer 的意见是‘see enclosed file’... 然而并没有enclosed file。。。 我是不是该问主编要一下？。。。。。。。。。。。 还有这样的comments 还有改的必要么。。。。。， 小桑心啊。。。。。。。。。。。。 - The reviewer would like to know what he is novelty and the originality of the presented solution - the comparison with the literature state. 1) Poor conclusions. 2) Lack of information about the uncertainty of measurements of the presented method.(BIPM, IEC, IFCC, ISO, IUPAC, IUPAP and OIML.
