各位同仁们，投稿的期刊回复审稿意见了，我做的方向是用纳米材料检测DNA的，可有个问题看不懂啊，求指导，万分感谢！ 审稿意见： 3] Method Performance of DNA analysis appears to presented in a meaningful way such as sensitivity. However, authors are asked to elaborate more in terms of common criteria for the general QA protocols with calibration, DL, precision, and so on. All QA-related terms authors show are somewhat qualitative. As they are determining the extent or quantity of targets, all those should be somehow expressed in a more numerical terms rather than % value only for sensitivity for instance. |
