急用！望各位高手帮忙 工厂使用 1.装填 催化剂首先要过筛，以除去碎片和灰，过筛后的催化剂应及时装入反应器内。要求均匀、平整填实，装填完后立刻上盖封闭，以免吸附水和其他有毒气体。 2.升温、还原 （1）反应机理 出厂的催化剂已在本厂装置中还原过，但还原后的催化剂因高活性的金属镍微晶具有高的表面自由能，和空气中的氧接触会迅速氧化燃烧。因此又经过钝化处理，即与微量氧反应，是催化剂表面生成一薄层氧化保护膜。以便催化剂运输和贮存。所以，还原催化剂装入工业反应器后，只需将氧化膜还原。 还原条件是微放热反应，但还原气体中往往会有少量的O2,CO,CO2等杂质，这些杂质能与催化剂化合发热。因此，要求严格控制这些杂质的含量(要求小于20PPM)，同时要有防止超温的措施。 （2）还原操作 1.在全系统进行气密性试验合格后，即用含氧小于2%的氮气彻底置换系统，分析进出口氮气中氧含量相等为止。 2.用合格工艺氢气置换系统，分析出口中的氧含量小于0.1%为置换结束，开始升温还原。 由于各个厂反应器结构不同，使用条件差异较大，因此还原时催化剂供需双方应协商制定有针对性的升温还原方案。 4.投料 还原结束后，将催化剂床层温度自然降到反应温度（对苯加氢来说，一般为120～210）。即可投料进行轻负荷运转，如无异常，几天后便可进入满负荷生产。 |

Used by factory 1.Filling Catalysts should be screened firstly to remove debris and ash, and then be put into reactor. The catalysts must be uniformly and flatly filled. Once the catalysts filled, The reactor should be closed to prevent from the absorption of water and other toxic gas. 2.Elevating temperature and reduction （1）Reaction mechanism Catalysts has been reduced using equipment of the factory before sold. Although the reduced catalysts would be oxidized to burn quickly once contacting with oxygen in the air, due to high-activity nickle microcrystal with high surface free energy. Therefore the catalysts have to be passivated, ie. reacting with a little oxygen to make a thin oxide protecting membrane, so that the catalysts could be transported and stored. So the oxide membrane just need to be reduced after the reduction catalysts are put into industrial reactors. The reducting reaction, a exothermic reaction, sends out a little heat, but there always were O2,CO,CO2 mixed in the reduction gas. These gas could react with catalysts releasing heat. Therefore the inpurity content must be controlled strictly (less than 20ppm), preventing frome over temperature at the same time. |

3.The plan of evelating temperature and reduction should be provided targetedly by catalysts supply-side and demand-side, due to different structures of the reactors and using conditions from every factories. 4.Put materials. Lower the temperature of the bottom of catalysts bed naturally after reduction (generally at 120～210 to hydrogenation of benzene). And then put materials to operate with light load. If no abnormal situation, it could be operated with full load several days later. 终于弄好了，也不知道对不对。楼主自己再调整一下吧。 |
