- Color and Page Charge Agreement: Please complete and return the attached "Color and Page Charge Agreement". All color figures will appear online free of charge. Note: please indicate in the "Color and Page Charge Agreement" whether you would like some/all of these figures to be printed in color (charges apply). Even if you do not wish to have any figures printed in color, we still require this form to be completed to cover any page charges that might accrue (see Instructions to Authors on the journal homepage). - Cover Images: Should you wish to submit images as suggestions for use on the journal cover, you may email them to us at elpho@wiley.com. Please send files in tiff format, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Please note, a fee of 825 Euro will be charged for production costs of the chosen cover. - Permissions: Please provide permission statements where applicable, e.g. for reproduction of figures. 是否只需要提供Color and Page Charge Agreement就可以了，其他两个不用管？ 因为我的文章不涉及到交费，在填写Color and Page Charge Agreement时，是否不用填VAT number、Address for invoice、CREDIT CARD TOKEN NUMBER。 谢。   QQ截图20160106201731.jpg |
