分子结构通式中 取代基如R1， R2 ， R3中的数字上标下标的区别？ 已有2人参与

有两个审稿人分别提出我论文中的化合物结构式，R1， R2, R3中的数字最好使用上标（我原来用的是下标）。 不太明白数字上下标有什么区别，请高手明示  审稿人1： "1) With regard to these compounds, the kinds and the nature of the substituents at the R1, R2 and R3 positions are the main parameters… Please, pay attention. Substituents R were always indicated as superscript numbers." 审稿人2： "Schemes - I suggest put all number of R groups in superscript form. The number in subscritp meaning that it is a molecule with 1 or 2 or 3 R groups" |
