技术审查语言没通过，稿件再上传时发现 If you are submitting a revised manuscript as a new submission, please ensure that you include these items: Detailed Response to Reviewer comments; Manuscript: which is a clean file incorporating all revisions/changes made; Marked up manuscript: which highlights all the revisions/changes made to your revised paper in a different coloured font; The cover letter should also mention the previous manuscript number, alongside the name of previous handling Editor. 技术审查不过得修改稿 算不算revised manuscript?原稿要不要删，cover letter能不能改？ |

Detailed Response to Reviewer comments; 你新建个word file 叫 The responses to reviewers’ comments 每段先把 Reviewer comments 的一个问题贴上, 紧接着 answer: 回答 你怎么改的. Manuscript: which is a clean file incorporating all revisions/changes made; Marked up manuscript: which highlights all the revisions/changes made to your revised paper in a different coloured font; 你上面不是针对每一个reviewers' comments 已经回答了吗,在你 submit的paper 里面 直接改成你最终改的(相当于 你第二次交的全新的) ,在你改动的地方 用 不同的颜色标记出来,一般 我用红色全部标记,(如果他们没用红色标记) The cover letter should also mention the previous manuscript number, alongside the name of previous handling Editor. mention the previous manuscript number, 你在你回复email title 要把这number 贴上, 在你 word file name 里面也贴上,主要是 他们好知道 这是 那个文章 (整个peer review 阶段,你交好多次 .但是这个number 一直是这一个) |
