另外，制成TiO2纳米管可以通过在pH= 2.1下用稀释的TiF4溶液包覆于AAM膜，在60℃下维持时间（12-48 小时），待二氧化钛纳米管完全生长出来，除去AAM模板。 简言之，将TiO2溶胶沉积在氧化锌纳米棒模板中，用浸渍并慢速提拉法涂膜，在100℃下干燥10分钟，并在空气中550℃热处理1小时，得到ZnO/ TiO2的纳米棒阵列。 ZnO/ TiO2纳米棒阵列在ZnO纳米棒模板浸入到稀盐酸水溶液中进行蚀刻，得到TiO2纳米管阵列 |
