[交流] Review of Scientific Instruments投稿意见的疑问

Dear Dr. xxx,

The reviewer has given me a favorable recommendation on your article, but is of the opinion that a number of changes are needed before it is acceptable for publication. Please see the report below, which lists in detail the comments of the reviewer and myself.

Unless you think that there are good reasons for not doing so, please make the appropriate changes and upload the revised manuscript files. It will be to your advantage to indicate for my benefit where you have changed the text or illustrations (or your rebuttal, if any, to specific points). In particular, I may be able to avoid sending the paper again to the reviewer if I can readily see that you have responded to the criticisms that were made. If you take exception to any of the reviewer's points, please detail your objections in the form of a Response Letter file.

The revised manuscript should be uploaded promptly. If you are unable to meet the 120 DAY REVISION DEADLINE, you must submit a new manuscript (new receipt date will be given) and refer to your previous submission (include manuscript number) in the cover letter. In your cover letter please explain what is new relative to the old submission including a detailed list of modifications made in response to the reviewer and editor's comments.

Please use the following URL to submit
1) Revised article file in .doc or .tex only and (no highlighted or marked up text. You have the option to upload a "marked" copy as a Marked Up Manuscript in Addition to your Article File)
2) "Response Letter" - detailing your revisions/rebuttal; and
3) Separate figure files for each cited figure (all parts in one file of any multi-part figure)
