大家好，我所在的学校计算机方向的一位老师需要招聘一名相关专业的博士后，具体要求如下，大家有兴趣的赶紧发邮箱吧。这位老师人很好，对博后很照顾，希望能招聘一位负责任的，最好能在这边长期发展的人，另外强烈建议携带家属一起过来，一个人在这边会比较孤单，提前祝大家圣诞新年快乐！ Computational Scientist in Data Mining (数据挖掘) or Machine Learning（机器学习） The Data Mining & Bioinformatics Group (http://webusers.xula.edu/kzhang/) at the Computer Science Department, Xavier University of Louisiana, is soliciting applications for a full-time research position. We seek a highly motivated Computational Scientist to join our efforts to develop novel next-generation algorithms for mining streaming data. Required qualifications include： 1. a relevant Master’s or Doctorate degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, statistics or applied mathematics 2. at least 2 years experience in Machine Learning, Data Mining, Pattern Recognition or Statistical Modeling research with publication record 3. minimum 5 years programming experience in C++, Java, Matlab or Python 4. good written and oral communication skills, and 5. knowledge of deep learning, transfer learning and high performance computing is a plus. This is a 2.5-year (Dec. 2015- Aug. 2018) appointment with potential continuation. Competitive salary ($50000-$55000) and benefits commensurate with experience. The successful applicant will also have the opportunity to closely work with some of the established researchers in the field of big data.
