Seems problematic in 3-14. C is supposed to be scalar. But right side seems to be a vector. BTW, diffusion eq is a very basic Pde. You need to make sure each term is meaningful and then derive it. If u can post 2-55,2-56 eqs, it may help

Don't understand your question. Do you want to know how to get 3-14 from 2-55? Or you want to use 3-14 to do calculation and need some parameter? 2-55 makes sense but don't understand what's f_c and its relation to \partial f/\partial c. 3-14 seems still problematic and cannot figure out

the expression for f_c  is below equation 3-9, if I get equation (3-8) and (3-9),I can calculate , equation (3-8) and (3-9) can be got by fig 3.7, so if I get the value in fig 3.7 ,I can calculate all, do you have the free energy data for AL-Cu alloy?? I  need the free energy data of  AL-Cu alloy at different temperature.

Good. Now the last terms of 3-11,3-12 should be p'(\phi). Then the last term in 3-14 should be a vector with two components (\nabla  f_cx, \nabla f_cy)other than their summation. I still don't know what you want. You need functions p(phi) and phi and g(phi)?

I  need the free energy data of  AL-Cu alloy at different temperature,,thermo-calc  can calculate the free energy,but  I do not have thermo-calc
