摘要:根据S Zorb汽油吸附脱硫装置再生烟气硫含量高,烟气量小的特点,采用有机催化烟气治理工艺,将再生烟气引入烟气脱硫单元,在吸收塔内经过一系列反应,使SO2最终转化为硫酸铵化肥。处理后尾气中的SO2浓度降至100mg/Nm3以下,符合国家排放标准。且有机催化法烟气治理工艺操作弹性大,再生烟气治理过程中不产生其它废气、废液、废渣,无二次污染,催化剂可循环使用。

TREATMENT OF S ZORB REGENERATED FLUE GAS WITH ORGANIC CATALYST
Abstract: According to the characteristics of gasoline adsorption desulfurization unit , which high content of sulfur dioxide and small flue gas volume of the regenerated flue gas, the regeneration flue gas was treated by organic catalytic technology. The regeneration flue gas was introduced in desulphurization device, and the sulfur dioxide is converted into ammonium sulfate after a serious reaction in absorption tower. The concentration of SO2 in the flue gas is reduced to below 100mg/Nm3, which is in line with the national emission standards. And the organic catalytic flue gas treatment process has big operational flexibility, and there is no other waste gas, waste water, waste residue and no secondary pollution, also the catalyst can be recycled.

摘要:根据S Zorb 汽油吸附脱硫装置 再生烟气 硫含量高,烟气量小 的特点,采用 有机催化 烟气治理工艺,将 再生烟气 引入 烟气脱硫单元,在 吸收塔内 经过一系列反应,使SO2最终转化为 硫酸铵化肥。处理后 尾气中的 SO2浓度 降至 100mg/Nm3以下,符合 国家排放标准。且 有机催化法 烟气治理工艺 操作弹性大,再生烟气 治理过程中 不产生 其它废气、废液、废渣,无二次污染,催化剂 可循环 使用。
Abstract:Regarding the characteristics of high sulfur dioxide content and small gas volume of regeneration flue gas, which is produced from S-Zorb gasoline adsorption and desulfurization device, the organocatalytic treatment technology was employed. With this treatment method, the regeneration flue gas was introduced in desulphurization unit, and then applied with a series of reactions in absorption tower before SO2 being converted into ammonium sulfate. After treatment the concentration of SO2 in the flue gas was reduced to below 100mg/Nm3, which is in line with the national emission standard. In addition,the organic catalytic treatment of flue gas has advantages including large operational flexibility, no occurrence of other waste gas, waste water, waste residue and no secondary pollution during treatment, and recycling of catalyst.
