I think repeated measures ANOVA (if the measurements were periodically made in the same plants) or Split Plot ANOVA (if determinations were made in different plants, i.e. some plants were cut at different days to do additional determinations) should be used for the time course of SPAD, to study the interaction SPAD x Time (Figure 1).
