[交流] 请问一下这样的回信算是被当做备胎么？？？已有7人参与

老板是个刚刚被聘的asistant professor，手底下没人。之前他给我发了一套题目测试，我做完回给他以后就问我要了推荐信，并定下来skype面试，聊了一个小时，感觉还不错，当时答应一个星期左右回复，今天回信的时间是9天，还算守时。请问下有经验的童鞋这样子算是备胎的情况么？？？？
