摘    要
当前,塑料带来的环境污染日益突出,研究可降解塑料已经受到社会的高度重视。其中光氧化-生物降解塑料是利用光降解机理和生物降解机理相结合的方法制得的一类塑料,是比较理想的降解塑料。它克服了单一光降解塑料和生物降解塑料的缺点,因而成为近年来国内外研究的重点和热门课题。
本论文用冰水浴法合成聚苯胺/二氧化钛复合粒子,用紫外光分光光度计测试得,经聚苯胺改性过的二氧化钛的禁带宽度明显降低,增大了其对可见光的吸收,从而提高了对太阳光的利用率。将聚苯胺/二氧化钛复合粒子填充在LDPE复合薄膜中,在紫外光光照下测其失重率。实验结果表明:添加聚苯胺/二氧化钛粒子的复合薄膜的失重率80.72%,而添加纯二氧化钛的复合薄膜和纯的LDPE薄膜分别为67.19%和1.138%,这说明聚苯胺改性的二氧化钛粒子有更好的光氧化降解效率,对薄膜的光氧化程度更大。

Abstract:Currently, plastic pollution has been increasingly serious and research on degradable plastics has attracted high attention of the whole society. photooxidation - biodegradable plastic is a kind of ideal degradable plastic, which is produced based on the combined method of photodegradation mechanism and biodegradation mechanism. Without the defects of single photodegradable plastic and biodegradable plastic, Photooxidation - biodegradable plastic has become a worldwide research focus and hot subject in recent years.

In this paper, Polyaniline/titanium dioxide composite particles were prepared by ice-water bath method, and then it can be measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer that the energy gap of titanium dioxide modified by polyaniline was significantly decreased, which enhanced the absorption of visible light, thus leading to increased use ratio of solar light. By filling polyaniline/titanium dioxide composite particles into LDPE laminated film, the weight loss ratio of film was measured under ultraviolet light. Results show that the weight loss ratio of laminated film added with polyaniline/titanium dioxide composite particles was 80.72%, while that of pure titanium dioxide laminated film and pure LDPE film was 67.19% and 1.138%, respectively, indicating that the polyaniline/titanium dioxide composite particles have higher photo-oxidative degradation efficiency and show greater photooxidation effect to laminated film.

Abstract: Plastic usage produced environmental pollution is becoming increasingly serious and research on degradable plastics has attracted much attention. Photooxidation-biodegradable plastic, which is produced based on a combined mechanism of photodegradation and biodegradation and considered an ideal degradable plastic,  overcome the shortcoming of single photodegradable plastic and biodegradable plastic, and has become a world research focus.
Polyaniline/titanium dioxide composite particles were synthesized by ice-water bath method, and ultraviolet spectrophotometer measurement show that the forbidden bands width of polyaniline-modified titanium dioxide was significantly decreased, which enhanced its absorption of visible light, thus leading to an increased utilization of solar light. The weight loss ratio of LDPE laminated films were measured and results show that the weight loss ratio of the laminated film added with polyaniline/titanium dioxide composite particles was 80.72%, while that of pure titanium dioxide laminated film and pure LDPE film was 67.19% and 1.138%, respectively, indicating that the polyaniline/titanium dioxide composite particles have higher photo-oxidative degradation efficiency and greater photooxidation effect to laminated film.
