请问Archives of Microbiology投稿需要费用么？ 已有1人参与

本人有一篇菌种鉴定文章，想投Archives of Microbiology，在其主页的Instructions for authors看到这么一条 “Costs of Colour Illustrations Online publication of color illustrations is always free of charge. For color in the print version, authors will be expected to make a contribution towards the extra costs of EUR 950 / US$ 1150 (+ local tax) per article, irrespective of the number of figures in it.” 是不是说这个要是接收的话需要费用呢？ 求过来人指教此刊究竟是不是免费的，谢谢！ |
