如果您最近有将要发表的工作,与 ”分析化学“ 相关的,比如 microfluidic, biosensor, single-molecule detection / imaging, ultra-sensitive detection, pathogen / bacterial, RNA,FRET,molecular beacon, LDR 等等, 能否友情引用一下我的工作呢? 如果是综述类的文章,比如 review, book chapter 就太好了,因为不受篇幅限制,可以适当展开讨论一下,挖掘一下工作的意义。引用的时候,能否把我相关的几篇文章,包括 paper, dissertation, conference paper,一并放在 footnote 里呢? 以下是我工作的 outline, 供您参考: 当然,如果您感兴趣我的研究,那是再欢迎不过了,欢迎指正! 可以按照您的理解,尽情进行正面评价。 # Peng et al. discovered COC (cylic olefin copolymer) can be used in microfluidic chip for single fluorescence molecule detection due to its extremely low auto-fluorescence and superior optical properties (1) (2)(3)(4) and he fabricated microfluidic chip with COC to successfully detect single fluorescence molecule signal arising from rare bacteria sample and mRNA transcripts of low abundance. # Peng et al. first demonstrated that a LDR assay (combining molecular beacon construction and single-pair FRET readout) can be successfully run on this chip after simple surface modification for pathogen detection (2)(3), and mRNA expression analysis (2)(4) at single-molecule resolution. # Peng et al. designed an innovative molecular beacon probe that reshape itself into a closed loop to turn on the fluorescence signal whenever a target DNA or RNA sequence is captured (2)(3)(4). This strategy allows superior signal-to-noise ratio in single-molecule detection and the molecular beacon probe has been used to detect DNA and mRNA transcripts at ultra-low concentrations. # Peng et al. designed a LDR assay coupled with spFRET readout to allow near real-time answer and the assay has been utilized to detection bacteria pathogen in as short as 2.6 min. # The advantage of on-chip LDR is linear amplification of rare target DNA/RNA that enables near real-time result and un-biased quantification. This is very useful in low copy # mRNA detection (2)(4). # In addition, Peng et al. designed a compact single molecule detection platform with integrated optical readout for bacterial analysis. This laser illumination and fluorescence collection from single molecules are enabled by a pair of optical fibers that are embedded into the chip and placed in an orthogonal way to minimize the footprint of the device (5)(6). # Peng et al. improved and optimized the prism-based TIRF setup for multiple color single molecule imaging with improved sensitivity and signal-to-background ratio (7).
