摘要：本文所研究的克氏原螯虾来自江苏盱眙及山东微山湖一带，共2批从中选取21份样品进行WSSV和IHHNV的检测。结果表明，20份样品携带WSSV病毒，携带率达到了95%，3份样品同时携带WSSV和IHHNV病毒，携带率为14.3%。结果表明，克氏原螯虾携带WSSV病毒的情况比较严重，且同时携带WSSV和IHHNV病毒的情况也比较常见。 发自小木虫Android客户端 |

你看这样可以吗？献丑了 In this paper, 2 batch of Procambarus clarkii were respectively come from Xuyi of Jiangsu and Weishan Lake of Shandong, and 21 samples were randomly selected to be detected by WSSV and IHHNV. It is found that 20 samples carrying WSSV and their virus-carrying rate is nearly 95%, in contrast, only 3 samples are co-carrying WSSV and IHHNV and the carrier rate is about 14.3%. It is shown that the WSSV-carrying case of Procambarus clarkia is serious greatly. Moreover, these cases that co-carrying WSSV and IHHNV are commonly found. |
