有人听过说Scientifica这个杂志吗，它向我约稿哎，怀疑这个杂志是不是正规杂志 已有3人参与

如题，收到一封邮件向我约稿，怀疑这个杂志不是SCI收录的，想知道有人收到过同样的邮件吗？ 收到的邮件如下： Dear Dr. Li, I am writing to invite you to submit an article to the Pharmacology subject area of Scientifica, which is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original research articles as well as review articles in a wide range of subjects within the life sciences and environmental sciences. The journal has recently been accepted for coverage in the Emerging Sources Citation Index, which is a new edition of the Web of Science that was launched in November 2015. This means that any articles published in the journal will be indexed in the Web of Science at the time of publication. Scientifica is published using an open access publication model, meaning that all interested readers are able to freely access the journal online at https://www.hindawi.com/journals/scientifica/ without the need for a subscription, and authors retain the copyright of their work. All manuscripts that are submitted to Scientifica during December 2015 will not be subject to any Article Processing Charges. The journal has a distinguished Editorial Board with extensive academic qualifications, ensuring that the journal maintains high scientific standards and has a broad international coverage. Moreover, all published articles will be made available on PubMed Central and indexed in PubMed at the time of publication.
