拉曼中internal mode, lattice mode, disorder-induced mode分别是什么意思？

如题 关于拉曼的几篇外文文献中看到的，internal mode, lattice mode, disorder-induced mode, optical mode分别是什么意思？？？ 以下是截取的原文 “In this study, we treat the NH4Cl system using our observed frequencies of its internal Raman mode, v2(1708 cm−1), at various temperatures for the pressures of 1.6 kbar (tricritical) and 2.8 kbar (second order).” “Analysis of the Raman frequencies of a lattice mode in NH4Cl close to the tricritical and second order phase transitions” “This study gives our analysis of the disorder-induced Raman modes of 7 (93 cm−1) and 5 (144 cm−1) close to the λ-phase transition (P=0) in the NH4Cl crystal.” 在学拉曼，但不是学物理的，在对NH4Cl的拉曼特征峰分析时，想弄清这些峰产生的原因，也就是想搞清楚这几个拉曼峰分别对应的哪种类型的振动，遇到了这些问题，对这些名词不是很了解，望专业人士解答！感谢！ |
