要求： --细胞生物学相关专业硕士学历 --善于沟通 --熟练掌握韩语，并可以用英文进行正常交流 职责： • Answer products and applications related technical questions from customers, sales representatives, customer service representatives, distributors for Greater China, SEA and ANZ • Technical support for Bioprocess, Advanced Surfaces, HTS, Axygen, Biokits, DL biologicals, ADME, Gentest and other products • Manage Complaint Management Process: monitor the CMS and enter complaint resolution data ensuring the process meets customer and requirements; resolve complaints to achieve customer satisfaction, conduct closure communication with customers including customer satisfaction evaluation, analysis of complaint data, report monthly data. • Assist as needed other division functions where technical expertise is required such as product shows, trade shows, and customer training. 联系方式： 详情请联系 ancao@allegisglobalsolutions.com |
