刚开始申请博后，看到中意的一位华人老板所在学院招收博后要求： Teaching duties are three courses per year. In addition, postdocs are expected to participate in the research life of the Department, including the pursuit of an original research program. Applicants must exhibit potential for significant research and high quality teaching. 看到high quality teaching心里发怵，英语教学感觉不能胜任啊。大家申请有这个要求吗，进去后必须讲课吗？ 另外在学院招博后的前提下，老板能自己再招博后吗，有没有可能标准低一些？ |
