如何写LIVE SUBJECT STATEMENT？

投到Analytical Methods的文章，编辑要求写一个LIVE SUBJECT STATEMENT，具体如下：The author should include in the Methods/Experimental section of the manuscript a statement that all experiments were performed in compliance with the relevant laws and institutional guidelines, and also state the institutional committee(s) that have approved the experiments.
