休斯顿大学电子与计算机工程系提供多名博士生全额奖学金机会：陈杰夫老师（https://www2.egr.uh.edu/~jchen82/）欢迎有良好的力学、电子工程、或者计算数学背景的学生加入其研究组，从事计算与应用电磁学、计算声学、高速芯片的电子封装、地质勘探中的反问题、以及油气钻探与测井方面的研究（联系方式：jchen84@uh.edu）。 Research Assistant Opportunities available: I am looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic students who are committed to research on applied and computational electromagnetics, computational acoustics, electronic packaging, geophysical inverse problem, well logging. Brief Bio of Jiefu Chen: Dr. Jiefu Chen received the B.S. degree in engineering mechanics and the M.S. degree in dynamics and control from Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 2003 and 2006, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Duke University, Durham, NC, in 2010. He was with the Advantage R&D Center, Weatherford International, as a Staff Scientist from March 2011 to August 2015. Currently he is an Assistant Professor in Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Houston. His research interests include multiphysics modeling and inversion, fast algorithms in electromagnetics and acoustics, electronic packaging, subsurface wireless communication, rock physics, and well logging (please find more information from my home page: https://www2.egr.uh.edu/~jchen82/). |
