DAC作为常见的高压产生装置,同样可以进行高压热物性测量。Yagi 等(2011)把激光闪烁法测定矿物高温热扩散系数的办法引入 DAC,他把直径 50μm,厚度 3μm 的样品的前后表面喷涂铂层,高压下,前表面被周期 2 ns,波长 1.06μm 激光脉冲加热。为了检测后表面温度,一束0.78μm 的连续波探测光束照射进来,通过连续波探测光束的反射强度,可以得到样品背面的温度。样品的热扩散系数由得到的瞬时温度曲线分析获得。在测量过程中,样品由于激光照射引起的温升不超过10 K,可以较准确的获得样品室温高压下的热扩散系数,目前由该装置获得了后钙钛矿144GPa压力下的热扩散系数,但是由于技术原因,该方法还未应用于高温情况。

As a common high pressure producing device, DAC can also carry out high pressure thermal physical property measurement. Yagi(2011) introduced the way of measuring  mineral high temperature diffusion coefficient by laser scintillation method toDAC. The sample with 50μm in diameter and 3μm in thickness was sprayed a layer of platinum on the front surface and rear surface. Under high pressure, front surface was heated by laser pulse with 2ns peorid, and 1.06μm wavelength. To detect the rear surface temperature, a beam of 0.78μm continuous wave probe beam was irradiated, and the back temperature of the sample could be calculated through the reflected intensity of the continuous wave probe beam. Thermal diffusion coefficient of the sample was obtained from the analysis of the instantaneous temperature curve. In the process of measurement, thermal diffusion coefficient of the sample under room temperature and high pressure could be accurately obtained because temperature rise was no more than 10k caused by laser irradiation. At present, the device has obtained thermal diffusion coefficient under pressure of Post perovskite’s 144GPa. Howerver, the method has not been applied in high temperature condition due to technical reasons.
