针对国内某造船厂整体以及重点设备能耗特点研究分析,发现该造船厂用能散乱,能源多级分布,管理层无法精确统计每个生产车间以及高能耗设备的具体能耗数据,因此无法发现能耗的漏洞,导致该船厂能耗逐年上涨。在此基础上提出船舶行业能耗管理云服务平台及其数据挖掘的应用,详细阐述了能耗管理云服务平台的整体架构以及关键性技术,论述了数据挖掘技术在该能耗管理平台中的运用以及所取得的成效。

Through researching and analyzing the energy consumption feature of overall and major equipment feature of a certain domestic shipyard, it can find that such shipyard is subjected to scattered energy use and  multistage distribution of energy, which leads to the failure of accurately calculate the specific energy consumption data of each workshop and each high-energy consumption equipment, thus the loophole of energy consumption cannot be detected, leading to an annually increased energy consumption. On this basis, this paper proposed cloud service platform for energy management in ship industry and the application of data mining technology within, clearly explained the overall framework of energy management cloud service platform and the key technologies within, and discussed the application of data mining technology in energy management cloud service platform as well as the results that have been achieved.
