| Mg(In¡¢Zr¡¢Hf)/ Yb:Ho:LiNbO3 crystals with different doping concentrations were prepared. The optical homogeneity, composition uniformity and surface morphology of crystals were investigated. We analyzed the distribution coefficients of different doping ions in these crystals with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Under 980 nm excited, the up-conversion fluorescence properties of different doping concentrations of Mg(In¡¢Zr¡¢Hf)/ Yb:Ho:LiNbO3 crystals were investigated. The absorption spectra, up-conversion fluorescence spectra, time-resolved fluorescence spectra and up-conversion fluorescence efficiency of these crystals were measured. Based on J-O theory, we determined the up-conversion mechanism of the Ho3+ in crystal. |

XXXX crystals with different YYY doping ratios were prepared. The optical homogeneity, composition uniformity and surface morphology of the resulted crystals were investigated. We analyzed the distribution coefficients of different ions in these crystals with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Under 980 nm excitation wave lenght, the up-conversion fluorescence properties of of Mg(In¡¢Zr¡¢Hf)/ Yb:Ho:LiNbO3 crystals with different doping ratios were investigated. Several key parameters, including absorption spectra, up-conversion fluorescence spectra, time-resolved fluorescence spectra and up-conversion fluorescence efficiency of these crystals were measured.
