[交流] the feeling is very bad!

I do not know why, now my feeling is very very bad. Today, as usual, going around the ward, modifying doctor's orders, and writing courses, and during this time told sth to my patients what they should to avoid, then it is time for my midday meal... I do think it is not very busy this morning, but the feeling is very very bad!
what's wrong with me?!

You are the surrogate daughter, niece, favorite relative every patient likes to see visit in the morning
  You are the well wisher everyone likes to hear say  "I know you'll get better !!"  because you really do know
Be happy, because your patients spend all last night trying to get better because of you
  Be strong, because your patients have all gotten stronger for you
Medical treatment removes the obstacles to healing, but actual healing doesn't start until one senses hope
  You are that living beacon of hope every patient needs to start healing
So be happy, be strong .... for both of you, the same way mom has always been for each and every one of us
