[交流] 有投稿到Bioresource technology上的虫子帮帮忙啊！！！

最近在Bioresource technology上投了一篇文章，系统回了个邮件，提了4点如下，
Your submission entitled "XXX" has been received by Bioresource Technology.

However, before we can proceed with the review process we ask you to address the following:

FAIL: TECHNICAL

1) Provide a list of a minimum of four suggested reviewers (names and e-mail addresses).

2) Avoid full justification, i.e., do not use a constant right-hand margin.

3) Please collect figure captions on a separate page and present figure captions, table and figures in this order at the end of the article.

4) Pages should be numbered consecutively.

我是推荐了4个审稿人啊，怎么会回复第1条呢？
第2条是什么意思啊？
第3条是不是说要把所有图片的说明按顺序单独做在一页上面啊？
第4条我确实忽略了。我就在想是不是因为我没有把页码编号，没有达到第四条的要求，所以系统就自动给我发了这封邮件，其实其他的问题并没有出现。

希望哪位高人可以指点一下，万分感谢！！！
