| Due to the rigid nonplaner structure of NCTD molecule and the hindering effect of ether oxygen atom in space of NCTD structure, it showed no benifit for NCTD to be inserted in DNA base pairs. Although HL ligand molecule which contained planer aryl could inserted into DNA base pairs, and the centre of metal complexes and the ligands could enhance the characteristic of planer.
