Are you a high school teacher, my friend? Indeed it looks a bit tedious. If I were you, I would feel bored as well. What type of industry do you feel like getting into? How does financial service, consulting, auditing or tax sound to you? If you are really determined to change your life, I feel there is no doubt that you can get a good job in financial industry, which more often than not, requires little background. What you need is confidence, some English background, and willingness to learn. CPA, CFA could be a good start. Also look at the job advertisement page of big four accounting firm: Deloitte, KPMG, pwc and EY. Please think about it and I truly mean it. You know what, every time I propose something to someone, he/she almost immediately turns me down, saying 'I cannot' without even giving a shot. Anyway, your life is all yours alone and no one pushes you to do anything. If there is any good opportunity to get out of your current cage, go for it. |
