新手在安装openmpi时遇到的问题 已有1人参与

在用tar -zxvf openmpi-1.8.4.tar.gz cd openmpi-1.8.4 ./configure --prefix="/usr/local/openmpi" 到congifure这一步。就会报错，报错如下， --- MCA component dl:libltdl (m4 configuration macro, priority 50) checking for MCA component dl:libltdl compile mode... static checking --with-libltdl value... simple ok (unspecified) checking --with-libltdl-libdir value... simple ok (unspecified) checking for libltdl dir... compiler default checking for libltdl library dir... linker default checking ltdl.h usability... no checking ltdl.h presence... no checking for ltdl.h... no checking if MCA component dl:libltdl can compile... no configure: WARNING: Did not find a suitable static opal dl component configure: WARNING: You might need to install libltld (and its headers) or configure: WARNING: specify --disable-dlopen to configure. configure: error: Cannot continue 好像说让安装libtld，但是我安装了libltld，并显示Libraries have been installed in: /usr/local/lib 再执行configure还是出现同样的报错。装openmpi是想加快towhee的计算速度,现在出一组数大概要一个多月，真是等到海枯石烂。虽然这不是真正的并行，也比所有的挤在一个CPU强，还是希望知道的前辈能指点一下，贡献全部金币。谢谢！ |
