[求助] 收到一刊物的“Call for chapters”的邀稿，这个是真的学术，还是圈钱的？已有3人参与

如题。是不是类似国内那种让你掏钱发个文章的出书性质的？没经验，特别是碰到这种国外，第一次见到。有经历过的虫虫，帮忙解答下。避免被骗和浪费时间。非常感谢。

Dear colleague,

You are still in time to submit a chapter proposal to be considered for publication in the forthcoming number (#1) of the Formatex Polymer Science book series titled "Polymer science: research advances, practical applications and educational aspects", to be published in Summer 2016.
The deadline for abstract submission will be 15 December 2015 (the submission of an abstract of the chapter proposal is required) The deadline for chapter submission will be 9 March 2016. If interested in submitting a proposal, please, check the Instructions for authors

The aim of this book is to share the latest research advances in the field of polymer science. Chapters shall be written by active researchers, but presented in a way accessible to a public beyond those who are specialists in the topic dealt. It is the aim of this approach to take full pedagogical advantage of many research materials that researchers manage around the world but which are outside the scope of more specialized scholarly publications. Mini-reviews are also welcome for this edition. Mini-reviews can be thematic in nature, or focused on the activity of a specific research group.

Topics include, but are not limited to:
Polymerization reactions and polymer synthesis.
Modification and functionalization of polymers and surfaces
Advances in polymer processing
Polymer characterization
Theory and modelling of polymers
Practical applications of polymers
Formal and non-formal education on the above topics

Topic-related chapters included in publications of the same publisher are freely available on the book website.
Important Dates
Abstract submission deadline: 15 December 2015
Chapter submission deadline: 9 March 2016
Notification of chapter acceptance/rejection: 3 weeks after submission
Submission of documentation (copyright transfer, publication charges): within 3 weeks after acceptance
Release date: Summer 2016
