如题，在超声二区的UMB投稿，现在状态是conditional accept pending revision 这是审稿人提出的个人觉得致命的问题，不知如何回复，保住这篇稿In materials and methods, according to your comments, you were not able to perform an intravenous injection in a reproducible manner in rats. This is one of the weakest points in your paper since you were not able to assess blood flow at baseline. Besides the impossibility of assessing the reproducibility of your measurements, you are assuming a lack of difference in local perfusion. You should prove that. For a reliable injection, you should refer to the paper published by Hyvelin et al. in Investigative Radiol in 2013. This strong limitation may play a significant role in the presented results since you are consider three time points only while it might be doable to have two weeks time points for each rat first then each rat can be its own reference instead of considering mean values. This should be part of their discussion. The discussion itself has not been modified despite our previous comments on CEUS specificity, the value of the selected parameters and the limitations of their study. |
