有谁做过Electronic absorption titration相关实验，其中在进行数据分析使常用到一个方程： [DNA]/εA-εF=[DNA]/εB-εF+1/K(εB-εF) 其中：εA,εF, and εB correspond to Aobsd/[Ru], the extinction coefficient for the free ruthenium complex, and the extinction coefficient for the ruthenium complex in the fully bound form,respectively. 我不明白到底使如何做线性回归的，几个消光系数分别到底如何确定，请高人来指点指点啊。谢谢！ 注:黄颜色的部分代表下角标。 [ Last edited by nianqingtgl on 2008-9-18 at 16:06 ] |
