| 目的 考察我院中药注射剂的临床使用情况，对不合理使用情况进行原因分析，以期为临床合理使用提供参考。方法 对我院2015年中药注射剂的金额、品种、用药频度等信息回顾性统计分析，分析用药规律；并查阅病例，分析中药注射剂用药是否合理。结果 康莱特注射剂使用金额占药品总金额2.78%，其用量为本院常用注射剂之最。临床不合理使用情况 |

aim: investigate the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injection in our hospital, and have cause analysis of unreasonable use, to provide reference for reasonable clinical application. Method: analyze meditation regularity by retrospective statistical analysis on the amount, category, and DDDs of the traditional Chinese medicine injection used in our hospital in 2015; check medical records to analyze if the injection has been reasonably used. Result: the consumption of Kanglaite injection used accounts for 2.78% of the total drug consumption, and its dosage is the most among the commonly used injections in the hospital. |
